I am connecting to an on prem server. I would like to use the When item is created (V2) trigger for a SQL Server. The table list does not display all of the tables. However if I add the Get Rows action to the same flow all of the tables are displayed. I did come across an article from 10/31/17 about needing to have a column called "IDENTITY" to use the New item trigger. The article also mentions the trigger does not work with on prem servers. Since the article is 3.5 years old can anyone verify this information is still accurate? I ask because the article has a link to an article indicating the triggers are just being introduced.
