Hi everyone,

I am trying to build my first Flow and am in need of some help. I need the flow to do the following:

  1. Save (2 out of 7) attachments from Outlook that arrive daily at a particular time to Sharepoint
  2. Use Excel to amend a pivot table filter to that particular date (pivot table is from an internal resource and needs VPN)
  3. Insert text from saved attachements to the same Excel document
  4. Extract particular sheet of Excel document to PDF
  5. Send an email to particular recepients with a screenshot of a sheet of the xslx and the previously saved pdf

Your help is much appreciated!

    Hi @Anonymous,

I afraid that there is no any way to achieve your needs in microsoft flow currently.

Firstly,What would be the file type of the saved attachements? if the file type is not a .text type, there is no any way to get the text from the saved attachements.

Secondly, there is no any way to take a screenshot of a sheet of the xslx and the previously saved pdf in microsoft flow currently.

If you would like those features to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

    Best regards,

    Alice

    Hello, @Anonymous!

If you have already posted your idea to the Flow Community Ideas Forum then you need to post the URL to your idea’s thread as a reply to this thread and then "Accept as Solution" on that reply so other users may vote for your Flow Idea and identify the information easily.

    Thank You!
