Hi Team,
I have integrated PVA chatbot with custom canvas and have enabled single sign on. Is it possible to access the bot without login code.
.
Hi @HenryJammes
As per this document (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-copilot-studio/configure-sso?tabs=webApp) I have configured SSO for Web and was able to successfully login to my credentials. But noticed that even after successful single sign on , I am again asked to login with code. Is this the expected behavior of SSO in web copilot? Please refer the screenshot for your reference.
Thanks @MariamPaulachan, yes, this isn't preview so you can use it in production.
We'll fix the documentation.
Hi @HenryJammes
Just wanted to confirm, for SSO configuration, I have noticed that in one of the document (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/configuration-authentication-azure-ad) to configure SSO for web, it mentioned as Sharing screenshot for your reference and could you confirm if this functionality can be productionized.
Thanks @HenryJammes for confirmation. Will try the same and will let you know in case of any queries.
Hi @MariamPaulachan - sorry if the documentation is confusing.
Yes, SSO is possible (i.e. users are automatically logged in, without a code to enter).
Hi @HenryJammes ,
Thanks for the response. I went through the document and need a confirmation on the SSO, i.e. when we follow the steps, is it possible to implement SSO without displaying the login button in the bot for the custom Web App
Yes this is possible: Configure single sign-on with Azure Active Directory - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Learn
