Hi everyone!

I'm struggling to get my flow to run how I need it to. I can get it to run when I am sending an email to my own email, but when I try to get the flow to use a variable from the list I'm getting items from I keep getting this error:

...result of the evaluation of 'foreach' expression '@items('Apply_to_each')' is of type 'Object'. The result must be a valid array.

Here is a screenshot, i've highlighted where the error keeps happening. I need this email to go to a variable from the list I'm getting items from, not my email. It only works right now if my email is in this box.

thank you for any help!

    Hi @Kwynne

Apply to each is used to iterate over each item in the array, so you need to select an array instead of other types of data.

I don't think you need to add this Apply to each.

it's adding the apply to each automatically when I add the condition. I've seen a few threads where it talks about selecting an array, but I'm not sure where I would add that. would it be where I've shown here?Picture4.png

    Hi @Kwynne

Does apply to each only have the action of sending email?

If yes, based on your screenshot, I don't think there is a need to add a loop, you can drag the action sending the email out of apply to each and remove apply to each.

    Best Regards,

    Levi
