How to extract the sender's name from an email address

Hello! I'm creating a flow to transfer new emails from Outlook to an Excel spreadsheet. I need to get the sender's name, but the "From" variable extracts the email address. What expression can I use to get the name instead? Uploaded an image for reference below. I'd appreciate any suggestions/help, thank you!

@shikha_ru use get user details action and pass From from trigger. You will get name of the employee.

Thanks for the quick response. Would I need to do user details action before "add a row into a table" action? Currently, my first step is "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox" and second is "add a row into a table"

@shikha_ru  use after shared mail box trigger. So that you can use it in your add row action.

    HI,

I got a similar scenario, but the "Get User Details" only works for users within my organization, or?

Not for outside users (i.e. mails sent from yahoo, apple, or Gmail accounts?)

Any way to extract the sender's display name for emails that are sent to a shared inbox?

Maybe with the HTTP-Get Action for Outlook?

    Thanks!

Have you found a solution for outside users?

    hey,

nope, I have not. But also think this is to complicated and for me it was not super important.

Use "Export email" action and parse the headers.
