Help/advice creating a flow to create a new user in external LMS system

We have a web-based Learning Management System that has an API library. We would like to create a PA flow that will create a user in the LMS whenever a new user is added to a W365 security group. Any advice would be much appreciated!

    You can create a Schedule flow that runs once a day for exemple. 

    1. Get the groupe members joined the same day 
    2. Request api creation
