Gallery search with filter with two conditions

Hello,

i have on a sharepoint document library files named like that:

TGLANP TOGO LOME AFRICA PAGE-(1).jpg

TGLANP TOGO LOME AFRICA PAGE-(2).jpg

TGLANP TOGO LOME AFRICA PAGE-(3).jpg

THBCNP THAILAND BANGKOK ASIA PAGE-(1).jpg

THBCNP THAILAND BANGKOK ASIA PAGE-(2).jpg

On my gallery i have this formula below which filters all TGLANP items:

Search(Filter(Documents;Chemin="Shared Documents/General/backup/); "TGLANP"; "Fullpath")

I need to filter "TGLANP" items which contains only "PAGE-(1)" text.

Example of result expected for TGLANP:

TGLANP TOGO LOME AFRICA PAGE-(1).jpg

I tried the formula below but did not worked.

Search(Filter(Documents;Chemin="Shared Documents/General/backup/); "TGLANP" & "PAGE-(1)"; "Fullpath")

Hi @Sormick ,

You have two Delegation issues there - neither Search() nor Chemin (Path) are Delegable. If you have more than 500 documents in 'Shared Documents', you will not see the files you need. The file name is also not Delegable, so you will need to add a Text column with the filter/search information.

I am still not comfortable with delegation
Chemin is a column Text on my sharepoint library which contains the folder path for each file or folder.
fullpath is a column Text on my sharepoint library which contains the full path for each file or folder.
Do i need to add two text columns for TGLANP and ofr PAGE-(1) ?
What would be my final delegable formula?

Are these Text columns that you have created and populated with the relevant information (I was assuming that they were the built-in columns), we can probably manage that one - assuming you have no more than 500 files in that folder

With( { _Data: Filter( Documents; Chemin = "Shared Documents/General/backup/" ) }; Filter( _Data; "TGLANP" in Fullpath && "PAGE-(1)" in Fullpath ) (

I will never have more than 400 files in my sub-folders. so do not need more at this time.
