Need help to fetch Director's email ID from the active directory

Hi Experts,

I've created an approval flow which start with capturing the details in sharepoint filled by the user in a Microsoft form. Once the form is submitted the approval flow starts. At first it goes for Line Manager approval then Director and in the end Helpdesk.

The line manager is captured using Office 365 connector (get manager v2). I am facing challenge while capturing the Director's ID. As per the organization hierarchy between Line Manager and Director there is Head of the Department. which needs to be skipped in the Approval flow. Only Line Manager and Directors needs to get the approval emails. Is there a way/connector to fetch the Directors ID? Please suggest.

    Hi @powerautom_uae

    - Get the manager details of the line manager

    - When you get this, also get the jobTitle

    - If it is Head of Department skip it.

    - Keep doing this till you find Director as the job title [or if you know there is only going to be Head of Dept in between these two then skip once (for Head) and capture the next (for Director) without checking the jobTitle].

    Hi @powerautom_uae ,

Is the picture below your requirement?

If so , you could try this flow.

    items('Apply_to_each')

    Best Regards,
