I have a flow where I need to use the Outlook SendMail(V2) connector. We have a utility account we want to use for sending the email so we aren't plagued by personal connections failing do to account lockouts etc.
I changed the connection to the utility account and am now getting a failure to send the email, with the Message 'Forbidden'.
Error from token exchange: Connection msmanaged-na/logicflows/8526492f-16be-486f-a601-f246f1cf80bf@https://msmanaged-na.azure-apim.net/ version -9223372036854775808 msmanaged-na/office365/shared-office365-00caf349-ecd3-472e-a036-ea17-be9ee57d is not allowed to access connection msmanaged-na/office365/shared-office365-00caf349-ecd3-472e-a036-ea17-be9ee57d
I have added the account to the SharePoint list permissions, so that shouldn't be it.
This account was specifically created for the purpose of using in Flow for sending email. And we have been using it as the 'From' address in the Outlook connector successfully for some time. We had to give everyone SendAs permissions to the mailbox before we could even do that.
That being said, all of the reply emails show up in my mailbox in my 'Sent' folder.
I think the issue is with the service account itself. Does the account have an email, and is it allowed to send emails? Some admins block or don't even configure one since they don't want people sending emails from service accounts, so this could be a way to get that error.
