Hello, I am creating a Power Apps application where I have an Excel file connected to my gallery, allowing it to filter some columns.

I would like to know if it's possible to have the user click on a 'Download' button, where they can download the connected Excel sheet, but only the rows that have been filtered in the gallery. Just like in Power BI, where you can filter columns and export to Excel only the filtered rows.

Does anyone know how I can do that?

This would be extremely useful in my especific application so i would appreciate any ideias :)

Hi,

So primarily it would have to be something like.

You write those to a CSV file into SharePoint or OneDrive, some place the user can access.

Then you would do a Launch(URL TO NEW FILE)

And bingo its downloaded.

Yes, you can allow users to download only the filtered rows from a gallery in Power Apps by creating a Power Automate flow
