Hi,
I've created a Form for our clients to fill, and I want to notify my collegues when a new answer is submitted.
I created a Flow to send an email to a general mailbox, containing the Form's responses like name, email, phone number, etc.
But, in order for the mail to be correctly recieved by my collegues, it needs to come from the client's email, so from the email written in the Form.
Is it possible to do that?
I tried putting the "email" field in the "From" value, but it keeps sending the email from my mailbox.
@Anonymous, no, it's not possible to have it come from the client's mailbox. It either has to come from your mailbox as the owner of the flow (Send an Email v2), from Microsoft Power Apps and Flow (Send an email notification (v3) or from any other account where you have send on behalf of privileges. That won't include the client's email account.
