submit 2 different form as 1 row in sharepoint

hi im still new to industry , right now i have been task to develop power app for my company . i have build multiple different form in one screen ,first is basic form consist of name(short text),dept(dropdown,choice),email(short text),and Machine No(dropdown,1-5), second is Machine error check list form depend on datacard.selected.value on Machine No dropdown . i have done as this far but when i click submit to the sharepoint list it go as 2 different line of data , how i want to do as one row .

hope some one can help me

Hi @Tomokitakanashi ,

You have made this quite difficult for yourself with this structure (I am wondering why you need two forms). Calling the Forms Form1 and Form2 you could try OnSuccess of Form1

Patch( SPListName, LookUp( SPListName, ID = Self.LastSubmit.ID ), Form2.Updates )
