Create MS Planner Task from Outlook Email - Task Detail character limit error

I have a flow  that creates a MS Planner Task whenever an inbox email is flagged. I also have a separate, nearly identical flow that creates a Planner Task for flagged emails in my outlook sent folder. These flows were created from templates / examples I found on MS's website.

I am getting an error at the "Update Task Details" step of my flow, it appears that there is a character limit of 32,768 for the "TaskDetails" field which is sometimes exceeded - probably due to a lengthy email. I really don't need to keep any text/characters beyond 32,768, but can't seem to locate any guidance on how to 'cut off' the extra or limit the task details field to its maximum (or less) to avoid getting this error.

The complete flow steps are: When an email is flagged > Get my profile > html to text > create a task > update task details.

Here is the error I'm showing in the "Update Task Details" step:

{
  "error": {
    "code""",
    "message""Schema validation has failed. Validation for field 'Description', on entity 'TaskDetails' has failed: The field cannot be longer than 32768 characters.",
    "innerError": {
      "date""2020-08-06T17:48:01",
      "request-id""[DELETED]"
    }
  }
}

    Hi @JB22CX ,

    You can consider not to fill the email body in the Description, but customize other content in this field.

    Or you can try to create a new flow from the blank according to the current configuration, and then check whether a similar flow still exists.

    Best Regards,
