Failure to provide notifications when Power BI's dataset refresh fails

In order to automate the dataset refresh in Power Bi, I designed a power automate flow. If the dataset refresh fails, a notification should be sent via email or on the teams channel. However, it does not send the mail if the dataset refresh fails and it is showing successful on power automate.  Any Solutions?
