How to create a Power BI workspace using Power Automate?

How to use Power Automate to perform below tasks?

1)  Create a Power BI workspace
2)  Published several Power Bi files to the Power BI workspace created in task 1

3)  extract links of those Power Bi files in task 2, and placed into a SharePoint
