Scheduled flow to extract data from Power Bi report

Hello everyone,

I need to build a Power Automate flow that extracts data from a Power Bi report (csv or xlsx) and places the extract in a Sharepoint folder.

The flow should be launched automatically every day.

I have already created a button in the Power Bi report. When we click on this button, an extract is placed in the Sharepoint folder,

but I don't know how to make this flow a scheduled flow.

Can you please help me to find a solution for this flow ?

Thank you in advance

The best way to do this is to make a paginated report that uses your published dataset as the datasource and has the table of data you need, publish it, and then subscribe to it at the desired frequency (as csv or xlsx).  You can put a unique term in the email subject line and use that to be used as a trigger condition of your flow that writes it to SharePoint.
