    - Use The Download Files from FTP action

Power Automate Desktop : 114 || Download File(s) from FTP || FTP Automation - YouTube

    - In the Files to Download parameter give *.txt

    - Then use Read text from file action for reading the contents of the text file.

Thank you for the quick response.

But for that action , we need to give the exact location of the file . But in our scenario, we keep getting files through FTP , so we need to read content of all those . So we can't give  a specific location. May be we can give specific folder path , but the read action will only take path of a static/only one file.

    Kindly mention.

You can use List FTP path which will give all the list of folders and files and then loop through the required folders.

Thanks a lot @VJR for your response . Sorry for the delay in response , missed the notification. So you say List FTP Directory, we get the files/directories variables as output? So then create a loop & call the 'Read text action' & pass the files/directories variables as input? And expression to get the required files/directories among the list of files/directories?

It's  List FTP Directory in the new updated version. Kindly confirm on the process.

Yes its the List FTP Directory with the path in the Path parameter

In the video it is shown how to get the files of only a specific extension.

I guess .pptx is shown and likewise you will need .txt
