Hello community !

I'm new to power automate, i want to build a flow for the workshops of my company.

The flow is started when a new row is addes in my SPO list, and it start a process approval with the last data of the list

My question is : Are the data used the same from start to end of the flow ?

Beacause while a process is started, people can still register and the last row from the sharepoint list is not same as the start.

Does the flow have kind of data storage for each running ?

According to your description, you are talking about flow concurrency issue actually.

Are the data used the same from start to end of the flow ?

Yes, you are right. There is only one row used during the whole one-time run. If you want to check some certain runs for specific rows, you can click on the flow and see history details for each time. One history record means one row to start the flow.

One history records one row and its result. The history is the interface to show you the running status/ result/ error. It’s not functioned as a storage. It’s something similar to analysis log. The data will be still stored in sharepoint.

Yes, even though someone input items in SharePoint and start flow, others still can update row at the same time. This feature is relied on ‘Trigger concurrency’ which means the number of flow runs that can run at the same time. By default the limitation is 25. So it means for a single flow, it can be running 25 times at the same time. We can turn off such kind of limitation if you want.
