Does my Power Automate workflows apply only to me or to the whole team?

Hello everyone!
I have the following question:
I am modeling a flow that automatically generates an Outlook calendar entry when an MS Shift entry is made.
When creating the flow, you are asked for a "team ID". Now I ask myself whether the automation that I then create is used for the whole team or just for me (desired).
Thank you very much for answering my questions!
Kind regards

Hey @Saiji When you're asked for a "team ID," it typically means that the flow is intended to interact with team resources. In your case, it seems like the flow is set up to monitor MS Shift entries, which are often related to team.

Hey @Sayan Thx for answering, What should I do if this automation should only affect me? Someone creates a Shift entry for me and this is automatically entered in my calendar. It should be an automation, without the shift entrant having to do it.

Hey @Saiji You can set a condition after the trigger to check if the shift is assigned to you or not.

    1. If the condition is met (i.e., the shift is assigned to you), proceed with the action to create an Outlook calendar entry.   Example : if(shift.assignedTo == 'yourUserId'))

    2. If the condition is not met, the flow should do nothing or proceed with any other specified actions.

Thank you, now I m a step closer to the solution.

After creating the condition, I get an error:

"The input parameters of the "If_userID_contains_in_shift_userID_collection" operation contain invalid expressions. Correct invalid expressions for the input parameters of the "If_userID_contains_in_shift_userID_collection" operation."

I m unsure, how to correct it, since there is not any option as far from I see. Do you know where the issue could be?
