Automating File Delivery

New to Power Automate and have a pretty basic question: Can Power Automate monitor a file folder and email the contents? New file saved to the location will act as a trigger. Thinking I'll need a table with file names to capture and recipients.

There are couple of triggers in Power Automate which supports when a file is created.

For OneDrive

For SharePoint

File System

There are quite a lots of articles in community regarding how to email a file from SharePoint/OneDrive/FileSystem. If you need any more help in this please let me know.
