A few weeks ago, we announced that Process Mining is now available in GCC. Today we are also excited to announce that Process Mining is now generally available in Government Cloud High (GCCH), another sovereign region. This marks a significant milestone in our commitment to providing powerful process analysis tools while ensuring data sovereignty and compliance with regional regulations.

Background

Back in September 2023, we announced the availability of Process Mining in public regions, allowing organizations worldwide to leverage this cutting-edge technology to gain insights into their business processes. We received overwhelming positive feedback and witnessed how Process Mining contributed to enhanced efficiency and informed decision-making across various industries.

Expanding Reach to GCCH

Recognizing the diverse needs of our users and the importance of data governance, we have diligently worked to make Process Mining available in Government Cloud High (GCCH) - a dedicated and sovereign region. This expansion ensures that organizations operating within the GCCH can harness the power of Process Mining while adhering to local data regulations and security requirements.

Key Features in GCCH

Process Mining in GCCH comes with the same robust features that have made it a valuable tool in public regions. Some key features include:

  1. Automated Process Discovery: Quickly identify, visualize, and understand your end-to-end business processes.
  2. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of your processes in real-time, enabling proactive decision-making.
  3. Root Cause Analysis: Pinpoint inefficiencies and bottlenecks to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
  4. Compliance Tracking: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies by monitoring process compliance.
  5. User-Friendly Interface: A user-friendly interface that empowers both technical and non-technical users to explore and understand complex processes.

Getting Started

For organizations in the GCCH looking to explore the benefits of Process Mining, getting started is simple. Visit our public documentation to access documentation, tutorials, and resources tailored to the GCCH environment. Our support team is also available to assist you in the implementation process and answer any questions you may have.

Licensing

Licensing is now enforced in GCCH, and you will require a Power Automate Premium license or a Power Automate free trial to use Process Mining capabilities. For more information, please visit the licensing section of our public documentation .

We are thrilled to bring Process Mining to the Government Cloud High (GCCH) and continue our mission to empower organizations worldwide with advanced process analytics. We look forward to witnessing the positive impact Process Mining will have on the efficiency, transparency, and compliance of business processes within the GCCH region.
