SharePoint Online Link to Item in Power Automate Issue

Hi All,

When I used the link to item in Power automate approval template, its redirect to old SharePoint form. Forms are created using Power Apps. and also Site is migrated from SharePoint 2008 to SharePoint online.

 

https://clientsite/sites/test/Lists/Listed%20Derivatives%20Form/DispForm.aspx?ID=3385 -- Its redirect to old form which already created using custom solution in sharepoint 2008.  Could you please help me on this.
