Some users aren’t seeing the BOT updates

There are users using the BOT in Teams.

I noticed that some users are seeing the updates and some not.

I'm waiting (30 min and more) after published, typed "start over" , but I can´t see the latest updates.

Is there any know reason of this behavior?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @prufach ,

Try to recommend users sign out of the Teams desktop app and sign in again.

    Maybe will solve your problem.

If not, wait some hours to guarantee that you have a delay in your current environment. If the issues persist, raise a ticket from MS support team: http://powervirtualagents.microsoft.com/en-us/support

    Hi  @renatoromao ,

    Thanks for reply.
This problem started few days ago, they have reboot and we waited a long time.
I'm going to open a ticket in MS.

    Regards.
