I am building a support ticket system (SharePoint list) and I use Microsoft Flow to send an update mail to the customer. Is there a possibility to open an email first in Outlook/OWA (based on a template) before sending it? The "send email / send email with attachment" flow options does not provide in that solution (in think).

@RobElliott Ok thanks in advance...
"I would like to control the content myself before it is sent." That can't be done. You need to set up the email so that it covers everything you need to include. I'll look separately at your flow as it doesn't need to to send the email multiple times if there are multiple attachments.

@RobElliott I would like to control the content myself before it is sent.
Another problem I currently have: if a ticket contains multiple attachments, then the email is sent multiple times with a status update, equal to the number of attachments.
All the more reason to control this yourself.
My flow looks like this:Flow "Send ticket update"
@Anonymous, nor am I!!
Within Flow there isn't a way to do this, but why would you want to open the email before it goes? Normally everything you want in the email can be built into the flow. What would you do in the email if you were able to open it? As always, a screenshot of the flow would help.

@RobElliott that is ashame. Are other options conceivable? (I am not a programmer!)
Hi @Anonymous, there is no action in Flow to open an email before sending it.
