Hi,

I have a excel file in SharePoint library and one of the columns in excel file (table) has dates.

Is there a way to show latest date from the file into body of my power automate email ?

Below is my flow and I want to get date from excel file in "when a file is created or modified in folder 4". thank you

    @tanveal

    What action are you using for When a file is created or modified in a folder 4?

    To me, that sounds more like a trigger.

    yes both are triggers, essentially, I have two excel files that needs to be updated sequentially before powerbi dataset is updated and once data is updated and power BI report is updated, I want to send an email indicating that report has been updated as of date (which it should grab from excel file in folder 4). Folder 4  has table in excel file and one of the column is date and I want to grab the latest date from the column and show in the email)/

    @tanveal ,

    As far as I know, one flow could only have one trigger in Microsoft flow.

    I believe you need to create two separate flows.

    I want to update the Power BI dataset only when both files are updated, would that be possible to have it with 2 flows ?
