Does your Prod environment have same file path? So is the file in the D drive and under IQVIA and UnzipFiles folders?

To troubleshoot: Try to capture the file manually and see if there is some difference with the file path

Also create a variable that has that if File exists value in it. So this: 'D:\IQVIA\UnzipFiles\'%var_CurrentCountryName%%FormattedDateTime%'.csv'

Then see if there is something wrong with the path in the variable value when you run the flow.
