Got some requirement to push the data from Dataverse into Finance and operation for a perticular entity(Huge data). So i have created a DataIntegration project and created the mapping.

Now I need to run the Data integration project based on user action(button click) in Canvas App.

Is there a way to acheive it?

    Hi @Gavi1

It all depends on the requirements.

    1. If you looking to read and push all records from Dataverse to other platform then you could use a manual trigger or a scheduled trigger. Then in next action step use List Rows to read all the data.

    2. If you looking to move the records when a record is updated or created then use When a records is created or updated or deleted event.

Based on what you described above you may need to consider option 1.

    Thanks

    Hi @abm

    Thanks for your answer.

But I need to run this Data integration job based on button click in canvas App(Not Manually or Scheduled).

Instead, if we use flows, Then i need to run this Data intergration job using flow. Because later i can call the flow from my canvas App.

    Thanks

    Hi @Gavi1

You can invoke a HTTP action from Canvas App.

Call HTTP Request from a Canvas Power App using Flow and get back Response | Power Automate | D365 Demystified

    Thanks
