Hi all,

Does anyone know of a good Sample App that captures some sort of audit of change or an example of how you've managed this yourself?

The app I've been working on has a number of fields that determine priorities and status and its been asked if some of these can be traced and tracked; for example it captures the before and after value should a user change a priority from high to low. Because we want to keep an efficient and simple interactive tool the request is not to force users to provide manual notes for all changes but for the app to capture and store so it can be reviewed if needed.
