Hi everyone!
I have the following scenario: I have a powerapps app which uses only one connector to save data to sharepoint online.I want to share this application with users outside the organization. Do those users have to have an E1, E3 or E5 license or using a microsoft account (without a license, for example: user@outlook.com), can they already use the app?
Thank you!
External users will need to have a Power Apps license. It can either be a license from their own Office 365 tenant (E1, E3, or E5 would do it). Or you will need to assign them a license from your tenant (for example if they are using a Microsoft Account). Its not like external sharing in SharePoint where the license is free. For Power Apps there needs to be a valid license for each user somewhere.
So if external organizations have the license to powerapps, will I be allowed to share my app with all the external organizations?
Where will the data that they save be stored?
Will it be stored in my tenant's sharepoint or excel?
