Unable to select Flow to run from OneDrive

I have built a Flow with the OneDrive trigger 'For a selected file'. I navigate to use Flow via OneDrive online and after selecting a file and then the Flow drop down the Flow does not appear - am I missing a link to have it enabled within OneDrive? There does not seem to be anything obvious to link the Flow to OneDrive link if I was linking it to SharePoint.

Anyone have any suggestions?

What are you trying to accomplish? The For a selected file trigger is very limited. If you call it directly from OneDrive, there is no need to input any information within Flow for it.

If you're trying to manipulate files dynamically, there are better triggers to be used for doing so. Again, this trigger is limited to that file and that file only. I personally don't see a time I would ever use it. I'd just use the other OneDrive triggers that give me far more control, such as When a file is created or When a file is modified. Or you could use actions in conjuction with a Flow Logical Expressions.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you share more details on “There does not seem to be anything obvious to link the Flow to OneDrive link if I was linking it to SharePoint”?

    Which browser are you using?

Please try with a different browser, or clearing caches and cookies to see if it will work.

I have made a flow with OneDrive for Business trigger “For a selected file”, then with a file selected, click the Flow button, the flow will be displayed likes below.

By the way, I am using Edge on my side.

    Best regards,

    Mabel
