Power Automate update issues duplicate email approval notification

Hi Experts,

Good Day!

We are encoutering some issues regarding the approval notification using Start & Wait Approval action.

As we noticed, this was started when the email used for sending the approval notification was changed from Microsoft Flow to Power Automate.

 

Here are the issues encountered:

 

1. The markdown of the email body removed from the approval notification sent via Email

2. No approvals sent thru MS Teams

3. Received duplicates email approval Notification via Email even though the workflow run once.

    Hi @jaina . I'm having the same problem with duplicate email notifications. Did you ever figure out the source of that problem? Thanks.

    Hi @SAHoff, it was back to normal afterwards. I believe the error persist due to updates from MS.
