Qualify an opportunity and create quote in D365

Dear all,

I'm creating a Dynamics 365 opportunity using power automate as you can see below:

after creating the opportunity, i'm using the perform bound action connector to create a quote from the opportunity.

Both the quote and opportunity are created successfully. I can see the quote in the quotes tab in the opportunity.

However, they are not linked in the business process.

when i click qualify on the opportunity, i cannot see the quote there.

Is there a way to link the opportunity and the quote in the business process using power automate? and how can i qualify the opportunity from power automate?

Thanks

    Hi @Anonymous,

You can update it via the related Opportunity Sales Process bpf instance record.

Below is an example of such an action.

    Thank you.

Thats what i ended up doing.

I was able to list the opportunity sales process and then get the stage names.

I updated the sales process with the quotation and then modified the traversed path to include the second stage, which is quotation.

    Hi,

I'm not seeing that bound action for Opportunity appear in the dropdown list - do you need to enter it manually?

    Thanks
