Connection Failure

Hi,

I started building a flow and got a step where I am supposed to 'review my connected apps and services'.

I have a 'dataverse and office 365 outlook'.

There is a green tick on the dataverse, however, there is an issue with the office 365 outlook. - create and authorise OAuth connection failed.

Apparently, I am to switch the email account. I have used a microsoft email account for this and it failed.

What could the issue be?

Any suggestions of how to resolve the issue? Below is the photo of the issue. Thank you for your help. Harry

You can try to delete the connector and re-create it. Possibly a random error. Also ensure you have an E3 license or similar that grants you Outlook access.

Take a look at the video in this link. It’s basically a core requirement so that you can use outlook. Without that, your connector would fail.
