In share Point Trip Type drop down options i given is single trip and multi trip but it showing when i preview it is item 1,item 2, item3 , up to 15 .please check i send images in attachments.

try this on the items property:
Choices([@'DatabaseName'].ColumnName)
Verify the Value field is selected in your combobox:
it showing below image
I have one drop down in that showing like item 1,item2,....,upto item 15 . in dropdown where we put
above formula please explain it.
