Read from SharePoint List and Insert data in webform

Hello, 

 

I have data stored in a sharepoint list I want to be able to read this data and insert it into a webform using Power Automate desktop using RPA.  I already have the desktop flow just trying to figure out how to read from the sharepoint list without going through the sharepoint list user interface ?

    If you do not want to go via the user interface then perhaps you could try if there are any Sharepoint APIs and call from PAD.

    Not sure how big or small your data is-

    Cloud Flow has an in-built connector for Sharepoint so you can also consider getting the SP list from Cloud flow -> Pass the information to Desktop Flows and then -> insert data into Webform.

    The APIs would work from PAD, using the HTTP Request Activities. The other option is to integrate the desktop flow into the cloud flow and let the cloud flow take care of SP integrations. The cloud flow manages SP connections and integrations very well. The APIs can get complicated, depending on what you want to do.
