Report on Flow Status

Hi All,

I have a bunch of flows written by me and others. Some are now considered to be "in production" I would like to get a report or even better an alert when the "in production" ones fail.

I know we get the weekly report, but by then its too late.

We dont have access to the flow admin as it is disabled for our company

It looks like the analytics reports are written in POwerBI so I could configure something with that but I cant seem to find access to the underlying data

thanks

Jambo

    Hi @Jambo1

If it is specific Flows that you wish to set up alerts for you may be able to make use of the scope action and "configure run after". If you move all actions within your Flow into a single Scope action you should then be able to add a "Send Email" (or similar) action after this. Set the Configure Run After option to Failed and you should get an email whenever anything within the Scope action fails.

    HI @LeeHarris

thanks for the reply, I was hoping to not have to do that - it will work for the simpler ones, but I have some mamoth ones which look to be a little tricky - yes I probably need to refactor them any way, but I was hoping there might have been something I could put over the top

I have found a bit more - when downloading the CSV of run history for a flow you cabn get the following data:

    Run start time
    Run end time
    Run ID
    Run status
    Run error message
    Run link

It would be wonderful if we could access this programatically somehow - this would give me what I need
