App not showing badges

Hi there,

We are using the mobile app on iOS for approving requests. When a new approval request is sent, then the badge doesn't appear. When opening the app, the approval request is there.

The badges are enabled in the settings of the app.

Any ideas why badges aren't working?

Hi @Ewoud ,

Have you given the Flow app permission to notify and display notifications?

Please consider reinstalling the Flow app and give the Flow app sufficient permissions during installation so that notifications can be displayed.

If none of the above actions work, please let us know.

Thanks for your reply.
Yes Notifications are enabled. Badges are also enabled.
I have tested this with my account and the account of 2 collegues. But unfortunately the badges do not show.
