Copy list items to another SharePoint list

I am following an article/instructions on how to copy list tems to another list.

Now that the edit in advanced mode for a condition is no longer available please could someone tell me how I would create this Condition:

In the advanced mode, type length() around the body('Get_items')?['value'] expression.

    Your condition should look like this:

    Your expression is on the left.  Note that I entered "true" in the expressions editor rather than just entering true.

    Hello everyone.
    I am new to the platform and Sharepoint.
    I am still apprehensive about the Sharepoint features. Especially on the List. I would like to know how I can select a line from a list and insert it by clicking on it in another list.
    My two lists are:
    Menu and orders.
     the items in my Menu list are included in my Order list which itself has other items to complete.
    I am open to any proposal.
