Create Flows from Outlook

It's great and easy to start a flow from a document library in Sharepoint. I want it to work the same for emails in Outlook (Outlook for the web and/or Outlook windows app). Just select the email and then choose "start flow" from the top menu (and get a couple of suggested flows).

Thanks!

    Hi @MagnusRamfelt,

    Thanks for the ideas.

If you mean adding Microsoft Flow as an add-in under outlook, then please consider submit this as an idea in the Microsoft Flow idea forum:

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/idb-p/FlowIdeas

We could add Outlook connection under Microsoft Flow, and then configure the proper action within Microsoft Flow, you may take a look at the available Email templates:

    Outlook.com

    Office 365 Outlook

If you have any further questions, please post back.

    Regards,

    Michael

    Hi everyone,

i have a Question also related to MS Flows.

With the expamle flow I can create a Task in MS ToDo inheriting the Content from the Mails that i am mentioned in. There is no quick link to MS Outlook 365 like with flagged Emails in MS ToDo. Is there an option in flows that uses the same methoded as MS ToDo with flagged Emails? In MS ToDo there is a field called "open in Outlook".

Manually i am using the attachment in MS ToDo to attach the Email itself (.msg) within the Task. Then I can easily open the Mail from MS ToDo and use alle the Options in MS Outlook (e.g. answer to everyone).

    Thanks for the Support!
