Not able to execute agent

I have created an agent to read files from my SharePoint site "ECM CS Digital Transformation BOTs" folders but I am getting the DLP error as attached in the report. How can I establish a connection to read the files from the SharePoint folder so to run the agent on it

    Hello ,
This usually indicates a DLP policy restriction, not a SharePoint connection issue. Verify that the SharePoint connector is allowed in the environment's DLP policy and that the agent owner and users have access to the SharePoint site. If SharePoint is blocked or placed in a different data group, the agent won't be able to read files. Also try removing and re-adding the SharePoint knowledge source after confirming permissions.

Based on the DLP report, I suspect your environment has the following Copilot Studio connectors blocked by a DLP policy:

    • Knowledge source with SharePoint and OneDrive in Copilot Studio
    • Microsoft Teams + Microsoft 365 Channel in Copilot Studio
The first connector is required when your agent uses SharePoint as a knowledge source. If it's blocked (or restricted through endpoint filtering), the agent won't be able to access content from your SharePoint site.

The second connector can prevent the agent from being published or executed through Teams/Microsoft 365 channels.

I recommend asking to review the DLP policy applied to your environment:
Power Platform Admin Center → Security → Data and privacy → Data policies

It may look similar to this, where both connectors are in the Blocked tab. You need to unblock them (or update the endpoint filtering configuration for the SharePoint knowledge source).
