Get users work location of the day

We have a hybrid office where people sometimes come in and sometimes work from home. I've seen there is a way in outlook calendar to mark where I'm working for the day, image below.

Is there a way to get this information in power automate? I'm thinking of creating a list or some sort of ping to the team which people will bet working from the office today, but I'm not finding this information through outlook or office connector.

Any ideas?

    Hi @HenrikFranzen ,

If you want to capture the end-users location in Power Automate, one way to do it is with a mobile flow that has a button trigger; the dynamic content available includes the address of the phone. In your trigger, you could also ask if they are working from home or office and capture that response too.

    Hi Tom,

Thanks for the reply but this isn't really what I'm after.

What I want is to use the functionality present in outlook (I think it's the new version) instead of pinging team members about this. This could then be used for people to effortlessly once a week tell the entire team which days they are planning on being at the office.

We have been using for some time a couple of flows that does the following:
    Flow 1 -
    1. Recurrence - runs every day at 6am
    2. Condition - checks that it is Monday to Friday (if weekend it terminates)
    3. List rows present in a table - looks at the Response spreadsheet which has the following rows - Date, Name, Team, Location, Response, Comment, Email Address.
    4. Apply to each -
     i. Sends a Teams Message (Post a choice of options as the Flow bot to a user) to a Teams Chat (all members needs to be in it) every business day that asks them where they are working today (at home, at office, unplanned leave, work - other, planned leave).
ii. Their response is the captured in a Response spreadsheet of "today's" responses replacing yesterday's response (Update a Row)
iii. It also appends their response (Add Row to) to the another Long Term Record spreadsheet for a long term record (useful for tax claims).

iv. It posts to the Teams Channel (Post a message as the Flow bot to a channel) their response when they make it.

Flow 2 - At 8:45am every day, it sends,  both a Teams Chat message to the Group Chat with the table of responses, and an email a specific DL in Outlook with the same table.
it does steps 1 - 3 as above
    4. Select - date (with a function), name, team, response, comment from the Response Spreadsheet
    5. Create HTML table  - creates it
    6. Format HTML Table - formats it to look pretty for the email.
    7. Send an email (v2) - sends the email to a specified email distribution list
    8. Post message in a chat or channel -  to send it out in a teams chat.

The spreadsheets are located in a Team in Teams that all members must have access to, in the Files, in a folder we call Attendance Automation.

I haven't worked out how to also get it to update the Team Work Location with their response.
We have been using for some time a couple of flows that does the following:
