Email SharePoint List items together in one email

I have been able to get most of it done. The only issue Im having is ALL items from the list are being emailed individually instead of having all items in the list sent in one email.

This is what the email looks like below (Body of email) Its listing the same item multiple times instead of listing all the items in one email.

This is what the list looks like. The goal is to have all those items listed on a single email

This is what the flow looks like ... not sure what needs to be changed

Flow was posted. Any ideas how I can fix the duplicate list items in multiple emails instead of all list items going together in the same email????

Instead of sending one email with all the tickets in the same email. Is sending in this case 5 separate emails with the same ticket repeated multiple times. See attached screenshots
