Want to connect SharePoint "submit for approval" button with power app

Hi All,

I created a three-level approval flow in Power Automate for a SharePoint document library and a Power App that uploads files and metadata to the library and it is working as it's upload file and other columns in SharePoint document library. But The flow doesn't trigger for the approval process in SharePoint document library because the approval process requires a "Submit for Approval" button in SharePoint. And i want to connect "submit for approval" button in SharePoint document library with power app "upload file" button and then the Power App "upload button" to trigger the approval flow, so users don't have to go to SharePoint to start the approval process.

Hi

Sorry, but why does there need to be a Button in SharePoint??

Since you don't have any pictures, which is SUPER helpful versus us having to try to imagine what you have,

Why not have the Power App, Trigger the Flow? Or use a Trigger for when things are created in the Document library?

Hi @FLMike ,

As i have mention above there is a submit for approval button in SharePoint because user can't upload document and fill other columns at the same time. And i have a very big flow which is made for SharePoint document library and now it will take a lot of time to make an another flow for power app i.e., i asked if there is chance to connect that upload button in power app with SharePoint document library submit for approval directly without making one more flow for power app.
