Mouse Cursor Spazzing Out

When I finish running or testing a flow, my mouse cursor keeps changing from a pointer to a hand, to the point where I can’t even click on an action.

Does anyone know a solution to this?

    Can you save it. Turn off the New UI, then turn it back on.
     
    Problem is, they are making it drag and drop and drag / move etc so its definitely annoying atm but if you get stuck try that please
