Send email based on file name

Hello Everyone and thank you for your time,

I've been trying to create this flow for a while now but with no luck, I'm still learning about Power Automate. I already went through some similar posts but I always encounter a roadblock, I believe it is fairly simple.

We put a list of files in a OneDrive Folder with the following name structure:

Is there a way to send each of those files attached to a specific email based on the first 9 numbers of the file? We have a list in an excel file stored in OneDrive as well that looks like this:

Thank you so much for your help,

Certainly possible. Personally I think the data the customer number/email address would be better in a SharePoint list but either is fine.

Basically you want to build a flow that goes something like this:

    1. Read your Excel file which contains the endCustomerNumber and email address data.
    2. List your files.
      1. Go into an apply to each loop based off your file list.
      2. Split the filename based on a space character and take the first element of that split
      3. Filter the list of customer/email addresses based on the customernumber found, and take the first (and only result).
      4. Send the email

    Done

    Paulie,

Thank you so much for your response! Sorry, I'm super new to Power Automate and even thought I can interpret some of the steps that you mentioned, It seems like I have some trouble understanding some of those.

Could you provide like a similar flow screenshot or maybe another post where I could get additional information?

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you again for your time!
