UTC time 2 hours off

Dear Experts,

 

I have made a flow to capture the HOURS of the current time. I am from the Netherlands. Ii is now 11:17

I try to get the hours 'HH'

 

But instead of getting 11 I get 9.

 

What can i do to solve this?
