I am trying to setup a flow which will forward to all the emails coming from 'craigslist' domain to external email address.

I am new with Power automate so if you can provide setup guide then it will be really helpful.

Re: forward the email from shared mailbox

    Hi,

You may want to verify that your organization's Data Loss Protection/Prevention rules to make sure that forwarding to an external email is allowed.

That being said, if you are using the Classic Outlook client you may be able to accomplish this by using run of the mill, Outlook rules by following these steps:

    1. Go to Rules & Alerts in the Move group of the Home tab.
    2. Select New Rule.. when the Rules and Alerts dialog box appears.
    3. When the Rules Wizard dialog appears, select Apply rule on messages I receive under the Start with a Blank Rule heading.
    4. Click Next.
    5. In the Step 1: Select Conditions window, Select "with specific words in recipient's address", then select specific words in the Step 2: Edit the rule description window to specify that you are looking for craiglist.com
    6. Click Next.
    7. In the Step 1: Select Actions window, Select "forward it to people or public group," then select people or public group in the Step 2: Edit the rule description window to specify the external address to which you would like to forward the messages.
    8. Add any exceptions or click Next.
    9. Modify the name of the rule in the Step 1: Specify a name for this rule field.
    10. If you have existing messages, check the Run this rule now on messages already in [your mailbox name] under Step 2: Setup rule options.
    11. Review the rules in Step 3, then click Finish.

To accomplish this Power Automate, you can start with the When a new email arrives (V3) trigger with the Forward an email (V2) action, using the steps below, but you need the full from email address.

    1. Select Office 365 Outlook from the Connections window.
    2. Then select When a new email arrives (V3) from the Triggers tab.
    3. Expand the Show advanced options toggle.
    4. Add the @craigslist.com email address to the From field.  (If you don't have a full email, maybe you can use the subject line if it is/will be unique?)
    5. Click New Step.
    6. Select the Office 365 Outlook connector again.
    7. Select Forward an email (V2) from the Actions tab.
    8. Add the Message Id generated from your previous step from the Dynamic Content dialog in the Message Id field.
    9. Add the external email address to the To field.
    10. Click Save.

    I hope this helps!
