Direct link works only after refresh

Hello,

 

i have a workflow that sends a mail with direct link to file. It all works, except that when user follows a link which opens a pdf in browser it usually has to refresh it 1-3 times and it opens it. No matter how long you wait the first time you have to refresh it and then it opens it.

 

Any suggestions?

    Please provide more information about what you have tried in order to identify where the issue may be 🙂

     

    1. Can you copy/paste the link into a browser and does the same issue appear?
    2. Have you tried other browsers?
    3. Does it happen for everyone or does it work for some?
