DUO MFA

Hi Team,
 
Our use case is to run the bot in an unattended mode however, we have a challenge to pass the DUO. 
 
When we are logging into VDI/VM we are getting DUO sign in pop up which is affecting our unattended bot run.
 
Any suggestions or solutions would be a great help.

    Hi DK-23121002-0,
     
    Before you run flow, first ensure that the app is running. If the app is running, terminate the process using a PowerShell script or any other scripts, then allow the bot to continue your tasks.

    Hi Deenuji,

     

    Thanks for your response.

     

    We can't terminate the script as the bot will be in Unattended. Also the pop up(MFA) we are getting post Signin. You can the screenshot attached above in which when we manually login to VM, after we enter username and password we are getting the pop up(MFA).

     

    Error in Cloud flow:

     

    StatusCode : 400

    {   "error": {     "code": "RdpPermissionNotGranted",     "message": "Cannot create session to execute desktop flow run. User needs to have Remote Desktop permissions."   } }
