Hello,
I'm looking for some help with this. I'm looking to have a condition on whether the item was Created or Modified.
So basically:
If item is created: Create item for different List
If item was modified: Update item for the list.
I'm just having trouble on what I need to put in the condition.

New Item:
Created Date = Modified Date
Updated item
Created Date is not equal to Modified Date
